These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at n8nworkspace.website and the workflow-automation services hosted on it (the “Service”), operated by n8n Workspace (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service or connecting an account to it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service is a privately operated, self-hosted automation platform. It connects to third-party accounts you authorize, such as Google (Gmail and Google Sheets), Anthropic, Slack and Discord, to run automated workflows like summarizing and organizing email. Access to the automation features is limited to the owner and authorized users.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your access.
3. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, including the Google Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of third-party services. You can revoke the Service’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers or any connected account.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or probe, scan or test its vulnerabilities without permission.
- Use the Service to send spam or to process data you do not have the right to process.
5. Privacy
Our collection and use of information, including data received from Google APIs, is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
6. AI-generated output
Some features use artificial intelligence to summarize and classify content. AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete. It is provided for convenience only and should not be relied on as the sole basis for important decisions. Always review the original message.
7. Intellectual property
You keep all rights to your content and data. We claim no ownership of the data processed on your behalf. The Service’s software, configuration and website content are owned by us or our licensors.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY AUTOMATION WILL RUN AT A PARTICULAR TIME OR PRODUCE A PARTICULAR RESULT.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your accounts. Sections 7 through 10 and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service resides, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised. If you keep using the Service after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.
